Elle est \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque la premi\u00e8re distillerie \u00e0 produire du whisky \u00e0 Uberach (signifiant \u00ab\u00a0au del\u00e0 de l\u2019eau\u00a0\u00bb), dont elle donnera le nom \u00e0 sa gamme. La volont\u00e9 est alors de r\u00e9aliser des vieillissements plus personnalis\u00e9s mettant en valeur la richesse des terroirs vitivinicoles de l&rsquo;hexagone (Vin Doux Naturels Rasteau, VDN Rivesaltes, Jura). S&rsquo;en suit une recherche de barriques aux quatre coins de la France avec pour objectif de pr\u00e9server la fra\u00eecheur des barriques.\u00a0La Distillerie Artisanale Bertrand participe pour la premi\u00e8re fois au Whisky Live cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2013\u00a0<\/strong>: naissance du Biersky !
