L\u2019aboutissement de ce projet, initi\u00e9 en 2017, perp\u00e9tue une tradition distillatoire familiale vieille de plus de soixante ans.<\/span><\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Statut<\/td>\n<td>Distillerie en production<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Localisation<\/td>\n<td>\ud83d\udceb\u00a04 rue des Artisans, 12430 Lestrade-et-Thouels, France.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0Lestrade-et-Thouels est un village dynamique. La mairie, sensible \u00e0 notre d\u00e9marche, a investi dans la construction du b\u00e2timent. Sa mise \u00e0 disposition sous forme de cr\u00e9dit-bail est une chance pour notre distillerie qui peut concentrer davantage de moyens financiers \u00e0 l\u2019achat de mat\u00e9riels en cette p\u00e9riode de lancement.\u00a0\u00bb Mathieu Recoules.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Dates Cl\u00e9s<\/td>\n<td><strong>Les ann\u00e9es 1950<\/strong>\u00a0: domicili\u00e9 \u00e0 Broqui\u00e8s, <strong>Justin Thiers<\/strong> acquiert un alambic ambulant (datant de 1929) et se sp\u00e9cialise dans la distillation de marc de raisin et de fruits.Par la suite, <strong>Raoul Thiers<\/strong> reprend l\u2019activit\u00e9 distillatoire et acquiert un second alambic. D\u2019abord \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une cocotte munie d\u2019un serpentin, je multipliais les essais pour me familiariser avec la distillation. L\u2019enthousiasme gagnait mes cousins qui m\u2019encourageaient \u00e0 reprendre l\u2019activit\u00e9. <strong>Celle-ci m\u2019offrait la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre ma\u00eetre dans ce que je faisais. Cette cat\u00e9gorie de whisky, encore peu repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e en France, offre une autre exp\u00e9rience gustative aux amateurs. <strong>Notre whisky de grain sera compos\u00e9 \u00e0 50% d\u2019orge malt\u00e9e. Le ma\u00efs et l\u2019orge non malt\u00e9e en constitueront l\u2019autre moiti\u00e9.<\/strong> L\u2019actuel \u00e9chantillon en vieillissement m\u00fbrit dans le bon sens. Une cuv\u00e9e de 2000 bouteilles devrait \u00eatre propos\u00e9e la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e. \u00bb M. R.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Eau<\/td>\n<td>Eau puis\u00e9e d\u2019une nappe phr\u00e9atique.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0Le terrain sur lequel la distillerie est en cours de construction appartenait \u00e0 mon grand-p\u00e8re paternel. Au fond de ce champs se trouve un puits lui m\u00eame situ\u00e9 au dessus d\u2019une nappe phr\u00e9atique. D\u2019une profondeur de 4 m\u00e8tres, il ne s\u2019est jamais tari. Jadis, en p\u00e9riode de s\u00e9cheresse, des habitants d\u2019autres villages venaient m\u00eame y chercher de l&rsquo;eau\u00a0! <strong>Une fois parvenue \u00e0 la distillerie, l\u2019eau sera trait\u00e9e par un filtre \u00e0 osmose inverse.<\/strong> <strong>Cette eau sera utilis\u00e9e pour les op\u00e9rations de r\u00e9duction.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00bb M.
