Le ch\u00e2teau du Barroux, situ\u00e9 dans le Vaucluse, a une histoire mouvement\u00e9e, passant par diff\u00e9rentes p\u00e9riodes d&rsquo;abandon et de r\u00e9novation. En 2020, Jean-Baptiste Vayson et sa femme Fanny d\u00e9cident de redonner vie au ch\u00e2teau et de se lancer dans la production de whisky. Ils choisissent de valoriser le petit \u00e9peautre de haute Provence, une c\u00e9r\u00e9ale locale, pour cr\u00e9er un whisky singulier.
