Anim\u00e9 par Philippe Jug\u00e9, il y est question du lien entre brasseries et distillerie. C\u2019est \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 qu\u2019\u00e9merge l\u2019id\u00e9e de produire son propre whisky et que Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric commence sa formation sur le sujet.<\/p>\n<p>2020\u00a0: la Brasserie est r\u00e9nov\u00e9e et une nouvelle salle de brassage de 40HL\u00a0est mise en service.<\/p>\n<p>2021\u00a0: Stage chez Ninkasi<\/p>\n<p>2024\u00a0: Formation \u00ab\u00a0De la bi\u00e8re au whisky avec Franck Jolibert\u00a0\u00bb.
