Cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement avait pour but de \u00ab\u00a0<em>tracer modestement quelques ponts dans l&rsquo;immense diversit\u00e9 de ces breuvages cousins avec la complicit\u00e9 de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.labrasseriedumontsaleve.com\/\" target=\"blank\">Brasserie du Mont Sal\u00e8ve<\/a><\/em>\u00ab\u00a0&#8230; Compte rendu! \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accord #1 &#8211; Fruits et \u00c9pices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 143px;\">Whisky<\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 700px;\"><strong>Couvreur&rsquo;s Clearach<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Michel Couvreur<\/strong>.\u00a0Single Malt vieilli (et non produit!) en France, 43%. \u00c9levage de 3 ans en f\u00fbts de X\u00e9r\u00e8s Pedro Ximenez.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 143px;\">Bi\u00e8re<\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 700px;\"><strong>Feu de Tout Grain<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; <strong>Brasserie du Mont Sal\u00e8ve. <\/strong>Bi\u00e8re malt\u00e9e (orge, seigle, \u00e9peautre, bl\u00e9) vieillie 6 mois en f\u00fbt de Couvreur Single Malt 20 ans Sherry, 6,4\u00b0.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 143px;\">On a aim\u00e9<\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 700px;\"><strong>La compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 des ar\u00f4mes<\/strong>! Bi\u00e8re blanche, 3.3\u00b0.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 143px;\">On a aim\u00e9<\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 700px;\">La compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 des notes <strong>animales<\/strong> (viande s\u00e9ch\u00e9e) et <strong>herbac\u00e9es<\/strong> du whisky avec les notes de <strong>rhubarbe<\/strong> de la bi\u00e8re.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 143px;\">On a moins aim\u00e9<\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 700px;\">Les <strong>notes citriques<\/strong>\u00a0se font trop intenses sur la finale. L&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 lactique de la bi\u00e8re prend le dessus sur\u00a0la texture du whisky.
