Bi\u00e8re brune, 5,5\u00b0.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 143px;\">On a aim\u00e9<\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 700px;\">Assembler les deux en bouche! Des notes de <strong>noix de macadamia<\/strong> et <strong>vanille<\/strong> apparaissent et canalysent l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 des ar\u00f4mes de <strong>torr\u00e9faction<\/strong>.\u00a0Cette association m&rsquo;\u00e9voque les ar\u00f4mes et textures qui \u00e9manent de l&rsquo;alliance d&rsquo;un <strong>Bourbon<\/strong> avec du <strong>Cola<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est riche, bois\u00e9 et gourmand (tant de part la palette aromatique que de par la texture) avec une <strong>longue finale<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>Le fum\u00e9 de la bi\u00e8re rappelle celui d&rsquo;un whisky des Islay. Des notes de poisson grill\u00e9 en \u00e9manent: \u00ab\u00a0dingue!\u00a0\u00bb \ud83d\ude00<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>S&rsquo;il y avait une synth\u00e8se \u00e0 produire, je dirais que <strong>l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de cet exercice gustatif tient dans l&rsquo;ambivalence provoqu\u00e9e par l&rsquo;association de saveurs avec des structures inattendues<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Au nez, le m\u00e9lange bi\u00e8re-whisky nous offre une palette aromatique aussi compl\u00e9mentaire que surprenante de complexit\u00e9. Les ar\u00f4mes ne sont certes pas exprim\u00e9s avec autant d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9gance que pris l&rsquo;un s\u00e9par\u00e9ment de l&rsquo;autre, mais ils offrent une diversit\u00e9 et richesse inattendues!<\/p>\n<p>En bouche, la texture effervescente de la bi\u00e8re rel\u00e8ve les ar\u00f4mes du whisky et trouble nos sens: \u00ab\u00a0a t&rsquo;on affaire \u00e0 une bi\u00e8re d&rsquo;une profondeur inou\u00efe ou \u00e0 un assemblage de whisky\/brassin?\u00a0\u00bb Tout un programme!<\/p>\n<p>Nous, en tout cas, on s&rsquo;est r\u00e9gal\u00e9! \ud83d\ude00 H\u00e2te de d\u00e9guster des bi\u00e8res \u00e9lev\u00e9es en f\u00fbt de whisky&#8230; Ou l&rsquo;inverse!
