Les ar\u00f4mes salins et\u00a0viand\u00e9s sont \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent rejoints par des ceux d&rsquo;<strong>orange am\u00e8re<\/strong> et d&rsquo;<strong>abricot<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 224px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 143px; height: 224px;\">Palais<\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 700px; height: 224px;\"><strong>Attaque:<\/strong> La texture nous surprend par son \u00ab\u00a0<strong>gras<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0. <strong>Noix de cola et f\u00e8ve de cacao<\/strong> se lient sous le regard d&rsquo;ar\u00f4mes fruit\u00e9s (abricot cuit, pruneaux). Des <strong>notes citriques<\/strong> \u00e9mergent sur les premiers instants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Milieu<\/strong>: le caract\u00e8re \u00ab\u00a0eau-de-vie\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9j\u00e0 per\u00e7u sur certains whiskies de la gamme, appara\u00eet. Il s&rsquo;axe sur la <strong>mirabelle<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est en tout cas celle que l&rsquo;on a retenu. Ce whisky nous a non seulement surpris\u00a0par sa texture mais \u00e9galement par son caract\u00e8re <strong>gourmand<\/strong>. Des notes <strong>tourb\u00e9es<\/strong> (fum\u00e9e, terre) apparaissent au fil de la d\u00e9gustation et rendent\u00a0le R8 encore plus profond. Ce whisky est l&rsquo;alliance remarquable de <strong>notes sal\u00e9es<\/strong>, <strong>sucr\u00e9es<\/strong>, et <strong>tourb\u00e9es<\/strong>.
