Il a vieilli en f\u00fbt de ch\u00eane Fran\u00e7ais et titre 43%.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Couleur<\/td>\n<td>Paille soutenu<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Premier Nez<\/td>\n<td>Frais! Les notes acidul\u00e9es (<strong>citron<\/strong>) transparaissent et d\u00e9gagent une grande fra\u00eecheur. Celles-ci sont rapidement rejointes par des notes plus douces de <strong>marmelade d&rsquo;orange<\/strong> et de poire, compl\u00e9t\u00e9es par une touche d&rsquo;exotisme (<strong>mangue<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>La floralit\u00e9 n&rsquo;est pas en reste avec des ar\u00f4mes de <strong>lavande<\/strong> et <strong>violette<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Second Nez<\/td>\n<td>Il oscille entre marmelade d&rsquo;orange, houblon (vert) et <strong>abricot<\/strong> m\u00fbr. <strong>Mandarine<\/strong> et <strong>cl\u00e9mentine<\/strong> font leur apparition!<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Palais<\/td>\n<td><strong>Attaque<\/strong>: la texture est fluide. Les notes bois\u00e9es (l\u00e9ger toast\u00e9)\u00a0ouvrent le bal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Milieu de bouche<\/strong>: <strong>c\u00e9r\u00e9alier<\/strong>. Les <strong>agrumes<\/strong> (orange, mandarine et cl\u00e9mentine)\u00a0gagnent en intensit\u00e9.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Finale<\/td>\n<td>Sur des notes menthol\u00e9es et de <strong>poivre blanc<\/strong>. Les ar\u00f4mes de <strong>p\u00eache<\/strong> (le c\u00f4t\u00e9 vert) ponctuent la finale.<\/p>\n<p>Du verre vide \u00e9manent des ar\u00f4mes de <strong>chocolat<\/strong>, vanille et cannelle. Le toast\u00e9 du bois est bien pr\u00e9sent.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Synth\u00e8se<\/td>\n<td>Frais et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9! L&rsquo;Esprit de Mandrin nous a particuli\u00e8rement s\u00e9duit par\u00a0ses ar\u00f4mes de mandarine et cl\u00e9mentine.
