Une l\u00e9g\u00e8re amertume est per\u00e7ue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Palais<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Attaque<\/strong>: tomate et plantes sauvages! La texture est fluide, le tannin transpara\u00eet finement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Milieu de bouche<\/strong>: les notes d&rsquo;ananas r\u00f4ti se marient d\u00e9licieusement avec le miel. L&rsquo;amertume, fine, aguiche les papilles.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Finale<\/strong>: longue, sur les fruits rouges et les \u00e9pices. De subtiles notes de racine se d\u00e9tachent en toile de fond pendant que les ar\u00f4mes d&rsquo;orange et de poivre occupent le devant de la sc\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Synth\u00e8se<\/td>\n<td><strong>Un r\u00e9gal!<\/strong> Le Roof Rye se fond parfaitement dans l&rsquo;ensemble tout en r\u00e9v\u00e9lant la richesse de ses ar\u00f4mes. Le cocktail nous fait voyager \u00e0 travers un univers fruit\u00e9, floral, v\u00e9g\u00e9tal et \u00e9pic\u00e9.
