Le registre <strong>p\u00e2tissier<\/strong> domine avec des ar\u00f4mes de tarte aux pommes, miel et cannelle. Un l\u00e9ger c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0levures oxyd\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb se manifeste.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Palais<\/td>\n<td><strong>G\u00e9n\u00e9reux<\/strong>! Le gras du <strong>chocolat blanc<\/strong> emplit la bouche, rapidement second\u00e9 par des notes d&rsquo;amande grill\u00e9es et de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Finale<\/td>\n<td><strong>Surprenante!!!<\/strong> D&rsquo;abord sur l&rsquo;\u00e9pice relev\u00e9e (torr\u00e9faction, bois toast\u00e9) le <strong>c\u00f4t\u00e9 floral<\/strong>\/<strong>herbac\u00e9<\/strong> (de type \u00ab\u00a0prairies alpines\u00a0\u00bb) et <strong>animal<\/strong> (fourrure, cuir) nous rappellent des ar\u00f4mes propres \u00e0 la d\u00e9gustation d&rsquo;un Comt\u00e9 (affin\u00e9 entre 12 et 18 mois). <b>Wow<\/b>! \ud83d\ude00<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Synth\u00e8se<\/td>\n<td><strong>Chaleureux, g\u00e9n\u00e9reux et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9<\/strong>. La d\u00e9gustation d\u00e9bute par des\u00a0notes p\u00e2tissi\u00e8res. La finale, longue, nous porte ensuite vers des ar\u00f4mes floraux et \u00ab\u00a0animal\u00a0\u00bb.<br \/>\nLa palette aromatique du whisky \u00e9volue au fil des minutes, pr\u00eatant \u00e0 m\u00e9diter. <strong>Une bien belle r\u00e9ussite<\/strong> qui nous a enjou\u00e9 par un final stup\u00e9fiant!
