Il est issu de\u00a0l&rsquo;assemblage de 2 f\u00fbts.<\/p>\n<p>La bouteille venait d&rsquo;\u00eatre ouverte au moment de la d\u00e9gustation.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Couleur<\/td>\n<td>Jaune paille clair<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>1er Nez<\/td>\n<td><strong>Frais<\/strong> et <strong>flatteur\u00a0<\/strong>! Sur la fleur (fleur jaune, <strong>sureau<\/strong>, <strong>citronnelle<\/strong>) et la vanille. <strong>Brugnon<\/strong>, zeste de citron jaune et pointe saline ponctuent ce 1er nez au tourb\u00e9 \u00e9l\u00e9gant.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>2nd Nez<\/td>\n<td>Sur le <strong>raisin blanc<\/strong> et la p\u00eache encore verte. Le malt est davantage pr\u00e9sent. L&rsquo;\u00e9pice relev\u00e9e (<strong>poivre<\/strong>, <strong>gingembre<\/strong>, girofle) fait son apparition. Une <strong>pointe de miel<\/strong> est per\u00e7ue. La tourbe s&rsquo;intensifie au fil des minutes.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Palais<\/td>\n<td>Attaque: tourb\u00e9e ! <strong>Plus malt\u00e9e et min\u00e9rale<\/strong> (iode, roche), elle nous emm\u00e8ne sur la <strong>poire<\/strong>, la Granny Smith et le <strong>raisin blanc<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Milieu de bouche: <strong>reine claude<\/strong> bien m\u00fbre, mirabelle et <strong>aub\u00e9pine<\/strong> se distinguent. L&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9pice douce<\/strong> (vanille et cannelle) gagne en intensit\u00e9.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Finale<\/td>\n<td>Courte et fra\u00eeche, elle offre des ar\u00f4mes de <strong>fruits \u00e0 chaire blanche<\/strong>. L&rsquo;\u00e9pice douce est toujours pr\u00e9sente et compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par des notes de zeste d&rsquo;orange. La <strong>min\u00e9ralit\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0de la tourbe nous accompagne jusqu&rsquo;au dernier instant.<\/p>\n<p>NB: du verre vide \u00e9manent des ar\u00f4mes d&rsquo;aub\u00e9pine et <strong>bi\u00e8re blanche avec zeste de citron<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Synth\u00e8se<\/td>\n<td>Frais et flatteur, ce whisky tourb\u00e9 est <strong>rafra\u00eechissant<\/strong>.
