Le fruit (<strong>poire<\/strong>) et la fleur (ch\u00e8vrefeuille) sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sents.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>2nd Nez<\/td>\n<td>Plus min\u00e9ral (<strong>roche<\/strong>) et herbac\u00e9 (herbe fra\u00eeche) qu&rsquo;au 1er nez. Les ar\u00f4mes de poire gagnent en profondeur, r\u00e9hauss\u00e9s de subtiles notes poivr\u00e9es et <strong>piment\u00e9es<\/strong>. L&rsquo;agrume (<strong>pamplemousse<\/strong>) apporte de la fra\u00eecheur.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Palais<\/td>\n<td>Attaque: plus vive et <strong>c\u00e9r\u00e9ali\u00e8re<\/strong> (seigle) que ne le laisse pr\u00e9sager le nez.<\/p>\n<p>Milieu de bouche: Les \u00e9pices s&rsquo;installent (poivre, <strong>girofle<\/strong>). Elles sont accompagn\u00e9es de notes herbac\u00e9es tant et si bien que l&rsquo;ensemble finit par tendre vers la <strong>menthe poivr\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Finale<\/td>\n<td>De longueur mod\u00e9r\u00e9e, on y retrouve la patte du DHG avec la <strong>min\u00e9ralit\u00e9<\/strong> et les notes de plaines humides montagnardes.<\/p>\n<p>Du verre vide \u00e9mane des notes de <strong>pin<\/strong> et de <strong>figuier<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Synth\u00e8se<\/td>\n<td>Eau de vie \u00e0 la clart\u00e9 rafraichissante. Les ar\u00f4mes typiques du <a href=\"https:\/\/whisky-francais.com\/index.php\/distilleries\/dmg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DHG<\/a> (min\u00e9ralit\u00e9 et plaine de montagne) sont bien pr\u00e9sents. Fleurs et agrumes apportent beaucoup de fra\u00eecheur pendant que l&rsquo;\u00e9pice (piment, poivre) rel\u00e8ve l&rsquo;ensemble.
