Vieillie quelques mois en f\u00fbt de cognac, l&rsquo;originalit\u00e9 de ce produit est l&rsquo;utilisation de malt torr\u00e9fi\u00e9 fa\u00e7on stout.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Couleur<\/td>\n<td>Paille clair aux nuances vertes.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>1er Nez<\/td>\n<td>Le premier nez ouvre sur <strong>les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales<\/strong> accompagn\u00e9es de notes lactiques (cr\u00e8me, fermier) et fruit\u00e9 (<strong>p\u00eache, reine claude verte, poire<\/strong>). De subtiles notes florales (sureau) sont per\u00e7ues.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>2nd Nez<\/td>\n<td>Le second nez evoque <strong>le nougat chinois<\/strong> avant de se pr\u00e9ciser sur le malt toast\u00e9 et<strong> le cacao. <\/strong>Une pointe de fra\u00eecheur est apport\u00e9e par de l\u00e9gers ar\u00f4mes d&rsquo;eucalyptus.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Palais<\/td>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;attaque<\/strong>: sur les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, le <strong>s\u00e9same<\/strong> et le <strong>foin coup\u00e9<\/strong>. L&rsquo;ADN d&rsquo;un jeune distillat est bien pr\u00e9sent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Milieu de Bouche<\/strong>: <strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;\">le cacao <\/strong>monte en intensit\u00e9, second\u00e9 par des notes <strong>animales<\/strong> (cf 1er nez) et d&rsquo;<strong>amande verte<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Finale<\/td>\n<td>D&rsquo;une longueur mod\u00e9r\u00e9 la finale est<strong>\u00a0chocolat\u00e9e <\/strong>avec des ar\u00f4mes<strong> d<\/strong><strong>&lsquo;amande verte <\/strong>qui se dessinent en fond.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9tro olfaction \u00e9voque du caf\u00e9 fra\u00eechement torr\u00e9fi\u00e9.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Synth\u00e8se<\/td>\n<td>L&rsquo;utilisation du malt torr\u00e9fi\u00e9 am\u00e8ne de la complexit\u00e9 \u00e0 ce jeune esprit de malt jeune.
