L&rsquo;ensemble est structur\u00e9 par une <strong>min\u00e9ralit\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0qui fait la p\u00e2te du <a href=\"https:\/\/whisky-francais.com\/index.php\/distilleries\/dmg\/\">Domaine des Hautes Glaces<\/a>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>2nd Nez<\/td>\n<td>Des pruneaux s&rsquo;ajoute aux fruits, on per\u00e7oit un l\u00e9ger c\u00f4t\u00e9 malt grill\u00e9. Le nez est doux, subtilement floral (<strong>iris<\/strong>) et prolong\u00e9 sur des ar\u00f4mes de <strong>noisette<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Palais<\/td>\n<td>Souple, le palais s&rsquo;ouvre sur les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, la tarte \u00e0 <strong>l&rsquo;abricot et le bonbon pour la toux<\/strong> (\u00e0 l&rsquo;orange). Puis, des \u00e9pices (poivre vert et <strong>gari (gingembre vinaigr\u00e9 servi avec les sushis)<\/strong>) occupent le milieu de bouche.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Finale<\/td>\n<td>Des notes de fleurs d&rsquo;oranger et de<strong> tabac blond<\/strong> signent une finale tr\u00e8s plaisante !<\/p>\n<p>Verre vide : Abricot sec et amande verte.
