Les \u00e9pices douces (<strong>cannelle, vanille bourbon<\/strong>) se joignent aux ar\u00f4mes de zeste d&rsquo;orange et d&rsquo;orange confite. Les ar\u00f4mes <strong>cacaot\u00e9s<\/strong> apportent de la gourmandise \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>2nd Nez<\/td>\n<td>Encore plus profond que le 1er. La puissance \u00e9thylique est davantage perceptible. Des notes de <strong>toffee<\/strong>, <strong>vanille et caramel<\/strong> \u00e9manent du verre. Les ar\u00f4mes de <strong>miel de montagne<\/strong> enrobent les notes de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales finement toast\u00e9es.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Palais<\/td>\n<td><strong>Attaque<\/strong>: la puissance \u00e9thylique est parfaitement canalys\u00e9e par les \u00e9pices douces (<strong>caramel, toffee, cacao<\/strong>) et la texture (suave). Fleurs capiteuses et miel de montagne op\u00e8rent la transition vers le milieu de bouche.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Milieu de Bouche<\/strong>: sur la c\u00e9r\u00e9ale toast\u00e9e, la vanille bourbon et le poivre blanc. Des notes de thym s\u00e9ch\u00e9 apportent une touche v\u00e9g\u00e9tal au whisky. La min\u00e9ralit\u00e9 est perceptible.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Finale<\/td>\n<td><strong>Longue et profonde.<\/strong> Les notes de cacao, miel de montagne et toffee se fondent en un ensemble harmonieux.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Synth\u00e8se<\/td>\n<td><strong>Plus gourmand et moins min\u00e9ral<\/strong> que les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes cuv\u00e9es du DHG d\u00e9gust\u00e9es, ce whisky offre de nouvelles perspectives au Domaine de par la palette aromatique qu&rsquo;il arbore.
