Des notes d&rsquo;<strong>eau-de-vie<\/strong> de prune\/quetsche se d\u00e9tachent.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>2nd Nez<\/td>\n<td>Les notes d&rsquo;eucalyptus gagnent en intensit\u00e9. Bois et vernis se m\u00ealent \u00e0 des notes de <strong>pommes am\u00e8res<\/strong>. Des ar\u00f4mes de <strong>racines<\/strong> (gentiane, ang\u00e9lique)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Palais<\/td>\n<td><strong>Attaque<\/strong>: franche et vive. La texture est semi-huileuse, les ar\u00f4mes port\u00e9s sur la pomme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Milieu de Bouche<\/strong>: sur l&rsquo;<strong>amande verte<\/strong>, la p\u00e2te \u00e0 papier. Les notes \u00e9thyliques perdurent et renforcent le c\u00f4t\u00e9 <strong>\u00e9pic\u00e9<\/strong> (poivre), v\u00e9g\u00e9tal et bois\u00e9 du whisky. Des ar\u00f4mes de jus de pomme fermier et de chocolat en poudre se manifestent dans un ensemble domin\u00e9 par l&rsquo;amertume.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Finale<\/td>\n<td>De longueur mod\u00e9r\u00e9e, elle se prolonge sur des notes d&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9pices<\/strong>, de <strong>racines<\/strong> et de bois.<\/p>\n<p>Verre vide: jus de pomme fermier, amande verte.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Synth\u00e8se<\/td>\n<td>V\u00e9g\u00e9tal et vif, ce whisky nous am\u00e8ne sur des notes (eucalyptus) qui pourraient \u00eatre propre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9levage en f\u00fbt d&rsquo;acacia.
