Apr\u00e8s <a href=\"https:\/\/whisky-francais.com\/index.php\/2018\/05\/12\/pm-single-malt-tourbe-42\/\">P&amp;M tourb\u00e9<\/a>, on se penche aujourd&rsquo;hui sur le Red Oak, une nouveaut\u00e9 au Domaine et pas des moindres !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Un vieillissement corse:\u00a0 d&rsquo;abord dans un f\u00fbt ayant contenu du vin du Domaine Gentile puis un affinage en f\u00fbts du Clos d\u2019Alzeto ayant contenu leurs vendanges tardives de Vermentinu.<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Description<\/td>\n<td>\u00c9dition limit\u00e9e \u00e0 567 bouteilles, Red oak est une expression \u00e9lev\u00e9e en f\u00fbts de vins rouges du domaine Gentile.<\/p>\n<p>Le whisky est r\u00e9duit \u00e0 42%<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Couleur<\/td>\n<td>Ambr\u00e9e, aux reflets bordeaux<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>1er Nez<\/td>\n<td>P\u00e2tissier, le premier nez \u00e9voque <strong>un g\u00e2teau au noix et aux \u00e9pices<\/strong> (vanille, baies roses). Il est\u00a0 \u00e9galement<strong> v\u00e9g\u00e9tal<\/strong> avec des notes fra\u00eeches d&rsquo;eucalyptus contrebalanc\u00e9s par les ar\u00f4mes du ch\u00eane.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>2nd Nez<\/td>\n<td>Plus v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (lierre) et terreux. De l\u00e9g\u00e8res notes fum\u00e9es \u00e9voquent le s\u00e9same grill\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9es de pomme cuite.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Palais<\/td>\n<td><strong>Attaque :<\/strong> Vive et onctueuse, la texture reste<strong> tr\u00e8s huileuse<\/strong> malgr\u00e9 la r\u00e9duction. Des notes de <strong>caramel au beurre<\/strong> pr\u00e9parent l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e au\u00a0 registre plus bois\u00e9 (<strong>ch\u00eane<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Milieu de bouche :<\/strong> Chaleureux, on retrouve le <strong>g\u00e2teau aux noix<\/strong> accompagn\u00e9 de noisettes caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s. Les \u00e9pices ne sont pas en reste (girofle, poivre, vanille).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Finale<\/td>\n<td><strong>Cire d&rsquo;abeille, racine d&rsquo;ang\u00e9lique <\/strong>et<strong> cuir<\/strong> viennent conclure la d\u00e9gustation.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Synth\u00e8se<\/td>\n<td>On retrouve \u00ab\u00a0la patte\u00a0\u00bb P&amp;M dans cette expression.
