On l\u00e8ve le voile sur Mesk Tantad, dernier n\u00e9 de chez Naguelann, \u00e0 travers sa d\u00e9gustation !<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr style=\"height: 41px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 41px;\">Description<\/td>\n<td style=\"height: 41px;\">Mesk Tantad est un spiritueux issu de l&rsquo;assemblage de distillats d&rsquo;orge malt\u00e9 en provenance de trois distilleries :<br \/>\n&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/whisky-francais.com\/index.php\/distilleries\/naguelann\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Naguelann<\/strong><\/a> \u00e0 hauteur de 50%. Vieillissement de 18 mois en f\u00fbt de Saint \u00c9milion de 1er remplissage.<br \/>\n&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/whisky-francais.com\/index.php\/distilleries\/warenghem\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Warenghem<\/strong><\/a> \u00e0 25% &#8211; 3 \u00e0 5 ans de vieillissement.<br \/>\n&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/whisky-francais.com\/index.php\/distilleries\/distillerie-des-menhirs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Distillerie des Menhirs<\/strong><\/a> \u00e0 25% &#8211; 3 \u00e0 5 ans de vieillissement.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 41px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 41px;\">Couleur<\/td>\n<td style=\"height: 41px;\">Jaune au reflet saumon<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 167px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 167px;\">Nez<\/td>\n<td style=\"height: 167px;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1er Nez\u00a0<\/strong>: doux, sur le <strong>pain d&rsquo;\u00e9pice<\/strong> et les levures. De fines notes salines compl\u00e8tent un profil domin\u00e9 par des ar\u00f4mes de caramel, beurre et <strong>poire<\/strong>. Le caract\u00e8re malt\u00e9 du breuvage est tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sent. De subtiles notes de vernis se distinguent au fil des minutes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2nd Nez\u00a0<\/strong>: plus marin (<strong>sel &amp; embruns<\/strong>) et floral (rose). Texture semi grasse. Les notes p\u00e2tissi\u00e8res (<strong>cacao, vanille, miel<\/strong>) s&rsquo;expriment avec g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 70px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 70px;\">Finale<\/td>\n<td style=\"height: 70px;\"><strong>Longue et chaleureuse<\/strong>. Les notes malt\u00e9es ressortent avec gourmandise. Le <strong>bois<\/strong> est intense. De l\u00e9g\u00e8res notes de <strong>r\u00e9glisse<\/strong> apparaissent et renforcent le caract\u00e8re v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (<strong>amande am\u00e8re<\/strong>) de l&rsquo;assemblage.<\/p>\n<p>Des notes de <strong>vieux chai<\/strong> (sous-bois?!?) et de cacao embaument le verre vide.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 41px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 41px;\">Synth\u00e8se<\/td>\n<td style=\"height: 41px;\">\u00c0 la fois <strong>doux (\u00e9pice douce, caract\u00e8re p\u00e2tissier, fine,tourbe) et salin<\/strong>, Naguelann Mesk Tandad confirme le savoir-faire de Lena\u00efck Lemaitre en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9lection et d&rsquo;\u00e9levage de spiritueux.
