Nich\u00e9e en haute altitude, ce \u00ab\u00a0ph\u00e9nix\u00a0\u00bb alpin est le fleuron brassicole d\u2019une r\u00e9gion o\u00f9 fleurissait autrefois cette industrie. Nous nous sommes d\u2019abord focalis\u00e9s sur l\u2019activit\u00e9 brassicole. On ne parlait pas encore de distillation. Maintenant que l\u2019entreprise compte 35 employ\u00e9s et produit 50.000hl de bi\u00e8res, je me donne du temps pour r\u00e9activer le projet distillerie.
