rel=\"noopener\">distillerie des Bughes<\/a> pour d\u00e9couvrir une eau-de-vie pas comme les autres !<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00c0 la place d&rsquo;un \u00e9levage en f\u00fbt, l&rsquo;eau-de-vie a acquis sa robe dor\u00e9e par infusion de copeaux de ch\u00eane am\u00e9ricain.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Compos\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>100% d&rsquo;orge Auvergnat<\/strong> dont <strong>80% de malt et 20% d&rsquo;orge crue<\/strong>, Petit-Beurre est le fruit d&rsquo;une seule parcelle de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales situ\u00e9e \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la distillerie.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Cette eau-de-vie de terroir r\u00e9sulte d&rsquo;une soixantaine d\u2019essais men\u00e9s sur un an et demi, elle donne un avant-go\u00fbt de ce que sera le whisky de la distillerie.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Description<\/td>\n<td>Petit Beurre est une eau-de-vie d&rsquo;orge malt\u00e9e et non malt\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<div>Durant deux mois, des copeaux de ch\u00eane am\u00e9ricain (Quercus Alba) ont infus\u00e9 dans le distillat.<\/div>\n<div>R\u00e9duit \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une eau locale pr\u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 1000m d\u2019altitude, sur le mont Dev\u00e8s, Petit-Beurre est propos\u00e9 \u00e0 40%.<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Couleur<\/td>\n<td>Ambre l\u00e9ger. <strong>Apr\u00e8s deux mois, la couleur est d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien soutenue.<\/strong> Ceci laisse pr\u00e9sager un important ratio bois \/liquide.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>1er Nez<\/td>\n<td><strong>Malt\u00e9<\/strong>, le premier nez r\u00e9v\u00e8le des notes de <strong>vanille<\/strong>, d&rsquo;<strong>amande verte<\/strong> et de fruits cuits (pomme, reine-claude). Des ar\u00f4mes de <strong>riz-souffl\u00e9<\/strong> ponctuent la d\u00e9gustation.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>2nd Nez<\/td>\n<td>Plus charnu, le second nez offre des parfums de <strong>ch\u00eane toast\u00e9<\/strong>, de <strong>cuir<\/strong> et de <strong>r\u00e9sine de pin<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Palais<\/td>\n<td>La texture est plaisante et inattendue. L&rsquo;eau-de-vie reste <strong>grasse<\/strong> et huileuse malgr\u00e9 la r\u00e9duction.<\/p>\n<p>Des notes de <strong>fruits caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s<\/strong> se fondent avec des saveurs de vanille, d&rsquo;amandes et de <strong>miel<\/strong>.
