Situ\u00e9e \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re de la Bresse Bourguignonne, la Maison TRIPOLIX\u00a0ressuscite des alcools avec lesquels nos lointains anc\u00eatres faisaient ripaille. Rencontre avec Franck Maure, druide et fondateur de la Maison Tripolix.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Franck, quelques mots sur votre parcours et la Maison TRIPOLIX ?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>Passionn\u00e9 d&rsquo;arch\u00e9ologie, c&rsquo;est au cours de mes recherches que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert les \u00ab\u00a0<strong>crus anciens<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0. Au fil des ans, l&rsquo;envie de <strong>redonner vie \u00e0 ces alcools oubli\u00e9s<\/strong> gagna en intensit\u00e9 et mena \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de la Maison Tripolix en 2012, apr\u00e8s 25 ans de documentation. Avec une production de 10.000 bouteilles \/ an et l&rsquo;ouverture de march\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;export, <strong>l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 est en croissance<\/strong> !<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>En\u00a0quoi votre m\u00e9tier initial d\u2019arch\u00e9ologue s\u2019exprime-t-il dans votre travail ?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>Tout d\u2019abord, je pr\u00e9cise que je n\u2019ai pas fait carri\u00e8re dans le domaine de l\u2019arch\u00e9ologie (ce sera mon plus grand regret), les hasards de la vie m\u2019ayant finalement conduits sur un autre chemin professionnel. J\u2019ai malgr\u00e9 cela toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>passionn\u00e9 par l\u2019histoire et ses acteurs<\/strong> qu\u2019ils soient Celtes, Romains, Egyptiens, Grecs de la p\u00e9riode antique mais aussi simple paysans ou marchands dans la tourmente du Moyen-\u00c2ge. Je travaille pour obtenir des vins dans l&rsquo;esprit des crus anciens. <strong>Ces breuvages<\/strong>, souvent oubli\u00e9s, titrent entre 13 et 18\u00b0 et <strong>s&rsquo;appr\u00e9cient tout particuli\u00e8rement au moment de l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif<\/strong>&#8230; Ou en <strong>mixologie\u00a0<\/strong>!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Vos vins et spiritueux sont aussi diversifi\u00e9s qu\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9roclites. Un \u00c9cossais malt &amp; grain, le \u00ab\u00a0Cal\u00e9donia\u00a0\u00bb (en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au nom ancien de l\u2019actuelle \u00c9cosse) et depuis peu <strong>un Single Malt Fran\u00e7ais, le \u00ab\u00a0B\u00e9l\u00e9nos\u00a0\u00bb (d\u2019origine Bretonne) qui titre 46\u00b0 avec un triple vieillissement en f\u00fbt de Bourbon, de Sherry &amp; notre touche finale en f\u00fbt de ch\u00eane utilis\u00e9 pour notre hydromel<\/strong>.
