Tr\u00e8s flatteur, le premier nez nous donne envie de prolonger la d\u00e9gustation.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 97px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 143px; height: 97px;\">Second Nez<\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 700px; height: 97px;\">Le second nez \u00e9voque les ch\u00e2taignes et <strong>un g\u00e2teau aux noix caram\u00e9lis\u00e9e<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est d\u00e9finitivement un registre p\u00e2tissier qui domine m\u00eame si<strong> de l\u00e9g\u00e8res notes herbac\u00e9es<\/strong> se manifestent.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 68.1771px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 143px; height: 68.1771px;\">Palais<\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 700px; height: 68.1771px;\">L&rsquo;attaque est grasse et onctueuse, les fruits confits <strong>(pruneaux et raisin sec)<\/strong> pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent les \u00e9pices (<strong>girofle<\/strong>).
