Je souhaitais acheter un whisky lorsque le sommelier me proposa une bouteille en provenance de Versailles\u2026 Kentucky ! Je n\u2019en dormis pas pendant dix jours, me disant qu\u2019il y avait quelque chose \u00e0 faire. J\u2019ai alors demand\u00e9 \u00e0 Anto et Michael s\u2019ils \u00e9taient int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une distillerie en \u00cele-de-France. Nous ne travaillons pas en bio mais veillons \u00e0 la pr\u00e9servation environnementale de nos parcelles o\u00f9 les principes de conservation des sols sont mis en place. \u00bb <em>O.
