distiller \u00e0 seulement 50\u00b0C, peaufin\u00e9 par \u00ab\u00a0belle\u00a0\u00bb le spirit still charentais,\u00a0 la cuv\u00e9e crowdfunder vient r\u00e9compenser ceux qui, depuis plus de trois ans, croient au projet et soutiennent la distillerie.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Seulement 250 bouteilles de ce whisky Bio ont \u00e9t\u00e9 embouteill\u00e9es en d\u00e9cembre 2019.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">R\u00e9duit \u00e0 42% avec de l\u2019eau de source du Vercors, cette cuv\u00e9e est bien entendu d\u00e9pourvu de colorant.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><strong>Nez :<\/strong><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">D&rsquo;abord tr\u00e8s frais, avec des notes d&rsquo;<strong>agrumes<\/strong>, de chlorophylle, de fleurs blanche et de <strong>menthe fra\u00eeche<\/strong>, le whisky devient ensuite exotique (<strong>Ananas au sirop<\/strong>). <br \/>\u00c0 l&rsquo;a\u00e9ration, le c\u00f4t\u00e9 fruit\u00e9 du whisky s&rsquo;affirme avec des ar\u00f4mes de p\u00eache, de poire et de raisin blanc. <br \/>La mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re reste n\u00e9anmoins pr\u00e9sente avec des ar\u00f4mes de <strong>malt caram\u00e9lis\u00e9<\/strong> et de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales humides.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><br \/><br \/>\n<div dir=\"auto\" data-smartmail=\"gmail_signature\"><strong>Bouche :<\/strong><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" data-smartmail=\"gmail_signature\">Douce et ronde, le malt et le miel d&rsquo;acacia se muent en<strong> fruits m\u00fbrs<\/strong> relev\u00e9 par une<strong> pointe de bois et d&rsquo;\u00e9pice<\/strong> (Vanille, girofle).<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" data-smartmail=\"gmail_signature\">P\u00e2tissier, la bouche \u00e9voque \u00e9galement le crumble aux pommes et les g\u00e2teaux \u00e0 la noix de coco.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" data-smartmail=\"gmail_signature\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" data-smartmail=\"gmail_signature\"><strong>Finale :<\/strong><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" data-smartmail=\"gmail_signature\">Un peu plus verte, on retrouve<strong> les notes v\u00e9g\u00e9tales du nez<\/strong> accompagn\u00e9es d&rsquo;herbe fra\u00eechement coup\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s quelques minutes la vanille, la noix de Coco puis, <strong>le malt<\/strong> viennent conclure la d\u00e9gustation<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" data-smartmail=\"gmail_signature\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" data-smartmail=\"gmail_signature\"><strong>Conclusion :\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" data-smartmail=\"gmail_signature\">S\u00e9quoia cuv\u00e9e crowdfunder est le parfait compagnon pour l\u2019ap\u00e9ritif.
