Un premier passage de 2,5 \u00e0 3 ans en barriques Fran\u00e7aises (20% neuf \/ 80% usag\u00e9es), plus une finition de 6 mois en ex. <strong>f\u00fbt de banuyls<\/strong>, du Domaine Coume del Mas. C\u00e9page : grenache.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Couleur<\/td><td>Caramel avec des reflets ruby.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Nez<\/td><td>Les premi\u00e8res effluves (malt\u00e9es) a s&rsquo;\u00e9chapper du verre sont discr\u00e8tes. Je vous invite \u00e0 laisser le whisky s\u2019a\u00e9rer 10 \u00e0 15 minutes avant d\u00e9gustation. Un d\u00e9lice s&rsquo;ouvre alors \u00e0 vous : <strong>g\u00e2teau aux pruneaux<\/strong>, tabac, <strong>chocolat<\/strong>, <strong>\u00e9corce d&rsquo;orange<\/strong>, miel. Apr\u00e8s une dizaines de minutes, il prend des accents <strong>houblonn\u00e9s<\/strong> (zest de pamplemousse), non sans nous rappeler la d\u00e9gustation du <a href=\"https:\/\/whisky-francais.com\/index.php\/2020\/07\/28\/a-roborel-de-climens-finition-sauvignon-40\/\">finish Sauvignon<\/a>.  Une l\u00e9g\u00e8re note fum\u00e9e s&rsquo;ajoute au tableau. <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Bouche<\/td><td>La texture est soyeuse, presque grasse. La bouche est <strong>gourmande avec une belle puissance<\/strong>, un brin acidul\u00e9e.  En finale, on retrouve des notes de prune confite et d&rsquo;\u00e9corce de pamplemousse. La puissance est bien dig\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Conclusion<\/td><td>Quelle belle r\u00e9ussite que ce brut de f\u00fbt ! Une v\u00e9ritable madelaine de Proust pour ma part : l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;avoir enfoui mon nez dans une boite de Quality Street !!
