Il dispose d&rsquo;un certain nombre d&rsquo;atouts :<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Une orge issus de l&rsquo;agriculture biologique<\/li>\n<li>Une eau de source local<\/li>\n<li>Une distillation a basse temp\u00e9rature (voir <a href=\"https:\/\/whisky-francais.com\/index.php\/2017\/06\/22\/letonnant-wash-still-de-la-distillerie-du-vercors\/\">L\u2019\u00c9TONNANT WASH STILL DE LA DISTILLERIE DU VERCORS<\/a> !)<\/li>\n<li>Un chai construit dans une ancienne magnanerie en pierre.<\/li>\n<li>Non filtr\u00e9 a froid et non color\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Concernant l&rsquo;\u00c9levage, la distillerie a choisi de rester discr\u00e8te tout en invitant les curieux \u00e0 se rendre sur place pour d\u00e9couvrir dans les d\u00e9tails leur travail sur les f\u00fbts.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Couleur :<\/strong> Or l\u00e9ger.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Nez :<\/strong> Riche, le nez propose de belles notes de bois toast\u00e9 et de pain aux c\u00e9r\u00e9ales.<\/div>\n<div>Une pointe d&rsquo;agrumes et des notes v\u00e9g\u00e9tales apportent de la fra\u00eecheur, tandis que des parfums r\u00e9sineux, des \u00e9pices (poivre), et des fleurs s\u00e9ch\u00e9es (aub\u00e9pine) lui conf\u00e8rent de la complexit\u00e9.<\/div>\n<div>Difficile de croire que ce whisky n&rsquo;a que 3 ans !<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Bouche :<\/strong> Franc, le palais oscille entre des ar\u00f4mes de financier aux noisettes, de frangipane et de p\u00e2tisserie au miel. Fruit\u00e9 \u00e9galement, des zestes d&rsquo;oranges et de p\u00eache plate pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent les ar\u00f4mes de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales per\u00e7ues au nez.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Finale :<\/strong> Huileuse, la finale renoue avec le nez, entre ar\u00f4mes toast\u00e9s et notes v\u00e9g\u00e9tale.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Ce premier whisky grand public, bien que diff\u00e9rent de la cuv\u00e9e crowdfunder, confirme l&rsquo;excellente r\u00e9putation de la distillerie du Vercors !<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><img
